Dan Jackson has over 20 years experience helping companies manage their legal departments and legal issues. He is a University of Pennsylvania Law School graduate with large international law firm and public company general counsel experience. Dan has that rare combination of legal skills and capabilities with real world business experience. Most recently, Dan was a partner in a merger and acquisition advisory firm. Prior to that position, he was the president and COO, CFO and general counsel of a public multi-office IT services consulting company that grew to $400 million in sales. He joined that company pre-IPO and was instrumental in that effort. Dan has experience in special operating circumstances, including, heavy merger and acquisition activity and integration, shareholder activism and large or complex pending litigations. He has been involved in over 100 merger and acquisition and 25 financing transactions. He has also served on the board of directors of both public and private entities.
